Blind, Dome-Head, Countersunk and Large-Flange Rivets
The blind-rivet range covers aluminium blind / pop rivets, standard dome-head rivets, 120-degree countersunk rivets and large-flange rivets. Each line keeps the rivet body and mandrel materials separate and displays a reference grip range for the selected diameter and length.

ISO CONTEXT
Match head and material combination to the requested standard
ISO 15977:2002 covers open-end blind rivets with an aluminium-alloy body, steel mandrel and protruding head. ISO 15978:2002 covers the corresponding aluminium-alloy / steel countersunk combination, while ISO 15983 and ISO 15984 cover A2 stainless protruding and countersunk combinations. Confirm the exact standard and material pairing in the RFQ.
GRIP REFERENCE
Use grip range to prepare the inquiry, then confirm the joint
The form shows a reference grip range based on the selected diameter and body length. Confirm the final stack thickness, hole preparation and installed performance against the chosen rivet specification.

Aluminium, steel and stainless-steel bodies can be paired with the approved mandrel choices. Because the combination affects product identification, different body or mandrel materials remain separate lines.

Yes. Each line records both materials so different combinations remain technically distinct.
Is the displayed grip range guaranteed?
No. It is a sourcing reference and must be confirmed against the selected rivet specification and joint stack.
Is the countersunk angle selectable?
The approved standard option is 120 degrees. Select Other / Custom for a different requested angle.
