Custom Rivets support Blind Rivet, Solid Rivet, Semi-Tubular Rivet and Other / Custom configurations with selectable dome, countersunk, large-flange, flat or custom head styles. The inquiry retains size, body material, mandrel requirement where applicable and an optional drawing reference as one traceable line.

RIVET TYPE

Separate blind, solid and semi-tubular construction

Blind Rivet, Solid Rivet, Semi-Tubular Rivet and Other / Custom remain separate configurations. A mandrel is requested only when the selected rivet construction requires one.

HEAD STYLE

Record the installed-side geometry

Dome Head, Countersunk Head, Large Flange, Flat Head and Other / Custom are available. Use the drawing to confirm critical head diameter, height, angle or under-head geometry.

DRAWING WORKFLOW

Email the drawing after receiving the RFQ reference

Add the drawing or part reference in the inquiry, submit it, then email the drawing using the generated RFQ number. This matches the technical file to the correct buyer and itemized requirement without a public upload in version one.

REVIEW REQUIREMENTS

State material, finish and inspection needs explicitly

Use Other / Custom for non-standard material or finish and add dimensional tolerance, heat treatment, surface report, PDI, packaging, marking or traceability requirements in remarks.

Frequently asked questions

Is a mandrel required for every custom rivet?

No. It is relevant to blind-rivet configurations and is not automatically required for solid or semi-tubular rivets.

Can a custom head profile be requested?

Yes. Select Other / Custom and provide the head requirement in the form and drawing.

Can the drawing be uploaded directly?

Not in version one. Submit the RFQ first, then email the drawing using the inquiry reference.
