Bhartee Industries supplies self-drilling screws, drywall screws and frame-fixing products for sheet-metal, framing and site-installation requirements. Each inquiry asks for the fixing-specific information that affects selection—such as drill-point duty, drive, EPDM washer diameter, substrate or fixture thickness—without repeating features already fixed by the chosen product.

Capture the installation condition, not just the screw size
Gauge and length alone may not identify a suitable construction fixing. The inquiry keeps head and thread features fixed where the product name already defines them and adds only the fields needed to review drilling, bearing, sealing and substrate requirements.

Application details
Steel thickness, timber application, fixture thickness or base material is requested only where relevant.
STANDARDS CONTEXT
Keep the requested standard and application specification together
ISO 15480 covers hexagon washer-head drilling screws, ISO 15481 covers cross-recessed pan-head drilling screws and ISO 15482 covers cross-recessed countersunk drilling screws. The buyer’s drawing, drill capacity, sealing requirement and receiving material remain part of the final selection.
DOCUMENTATION
State inspection and reporting needs in the RFQ
MTC, surface-treatment report and pre-dispatch inspection can be requested where applicable. Add any project-specific coating, packaging, lot traceability or inspection requirement in line remarks.

All products in this family use Pieces only.
Are plugs or washers added automatically?
No. Included components stay part of the selected fixing, while separate plugs or accessories depend on the substrate and can be requested in remarks.
Can project documentation be requested?
Yes. State MTC, surface-treatment report, PDI or other project documentation requirements in the RFQ.
