Frame Fixings for Concrete, Brick and Blockwork
The frame-fixing range separates complete nylon plug-and-screw assemblies from standalone frame-fixing screws. This distinction prevents a plug from being added where the buyer’s substrate and installation system require a different fixing method.

- Complete assembly clearly identified
- Fixture thickness required
- Base material captured
- Pieces-only quantity
TECHNICAL SUMMARY
What to include in the inquiry
Use the applicable drawing and governing standard as the final authority. Other / Custom keeps unusual requirements inside the same RFQ.
NYLON FRAME FIXINGS
Treat the plug and screw as one supplied assembly
For Nylon Frame Fixings, the nylon body and included screw are fixed parts of the selected assembly. The buyer chooses diameter, overall length and base material, then enters fixture thickness, finish and quantity. No separate screw is suggested.
FRAME-FIXING SCREWS
Keep the fixing method open for the selected substrate
Frame-Fixing Screws ask for head style, drive type, fixture thickness and base application. A nylon plug is not added automatically because the required plug or anchor depends on the receiving material and approved installation system.
BASE MATERIAL
Record the installation context in the line
Concrete, solid brick, blockwork and Other / Custom are available for the nylon assembly. Use the base or application field and remarks to describe masonry type, installation condition or unusual project constraints.
SELECTION RESPONSIBILITY
Confirm final suitability against the project requirement
The RFQ organizes product and application information but does not replace project design or approved manufacturer installation data. Confirm critical embedment, edge distance, spacing and load requirements before installation.
BUYER QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
Is the screw included with a Nylon Frame Fixing?
Yes. The nylon body and screw are treated as one complete supplied fixing assembly.
Will a nylon plug be added to a Frame-Fixing Screw?
No. Plug selection depends on the substrate and installation system; request it in remarks if it should be reviewed.
Why is fixture thickness required?
It helps review whether the selected overall length is appropriate for the fixture and receiving material.
