Industrial Self-Drilling Screws
The self-drilling range includes hex-head screws with bonded EPDM washers, integral hex-flange screws, 90-degree countersunk screws, pan-head screws and truss-head screws. Each row records gauge, length, drill-point duty, material, finish and quantity; drive selection appears only on products where it is not fixed.

HEAD PROFILES
Match the bearing surface and installed appearance
The selected product fixes the head geometry before the form opens. This prevents buyers from choosing a head feature that conflicts with the product definition.
Hex flange
Integral flange provides the bearing surface; no separate nut or washer is suggested.
90-degree countersunk
Countersunk angle remains fixed while drive and drill-point duty stay selectable.
Pan and truss head
Choose the drive and point duty; the broad truss head does not trigger a separate washer recommendation.
CURRENT ISO REFERENCES
Use the head standard as a reference, then confirm the application
ISO 15480:2019 specifies steel hexagon washer-head drilling screws with tapping screw threads. ISO 15481:1999 and ISO 15482:1999 cover cross-recessed pan-head and countersunk drilling screws respectively and were confirmed current in 2024. Project drawings and required drilling capacity remain the final authority.

Keep point duty separate when specifications differ
Standard, heavy-duty and Other / Custom drill-point selections remain separate inquiry lines. Add the receiving material and thickness in remarks when they affect drill capacity or installation review.
FINISH AND REPORTING
Record corrosion and inspection requirements
Select the approved finish or Other / Custom, then use remarks for coating thickness, corrosion target, surface-treatment report, PDI or packaging requirements.

Frequently asked questions
Is the EPDM washer supplied separately?
No. It is included with the selected hex-head self-drilling screw; only the required washer diameter is requested.
Is the countersunk angle selectable?
No. It remains fixed at 90 degrees for the approved countersunk product.
Are nuts or washers recommended?
No. The product’s bearing or sealing feature is already defined and the fixing engages directly with the receiving material.
