LENGTH SELECTION

Separate supplied rod length from cut-length requirements

Choose 1 m, 2 m, 3 m or Other / Custom as the supplied rod length. If the rod must be cut into shorter pieces, record the cut length and cutting quantity in line remarks so the supplied length and finished requirement are not confused.

CURRENT STANDARD

Use DIN 976-1 for the current metric reference

DIN 975 is withdrawn and remains on the page only because it still appears in legacy buyer terminology. DIN 976-1 is the current reference for metric stud bolts and specifies properties and marking for steel, stainless-steel and non-ferrous products.

THREAD AND MATERIAL

Define pitch, property class and finish together

Select the nominal diameter, standard or fine pitch, material or property class and compatible finish for every line. Other / Custom keeps unusual alloy, thread tolerance or coating requirements inside the same RFQ.

COMMERCIAL QUANTITY

Request rods in Pieces or Kg

Fully Threaded Rods support Pieces and Kg. Record the intended cut plan in remarks when weight-based ordering still requires a particular finished-piece arrangement.
