Bhartee Industries supplies fully threaded rods, standard stud bolts, double-end studs and self-clinching stud families for industrial assembly. Standard products keep their known geometry clear, while cut lengths, end-thread lengths, panel requirements and drawing references are captured only where they add technical value.

Start with the way the product is installed and loaded. Fully threaded rods provide continuous thread, stud bolts and double-end studs create headless threaded connections, and self-clinching studs create captive male threads in sheet or panel assemblies.

Ask only for dimensions that define the product
Rod length is selected for fully threaded rods, overall length is required for stud products, and End A and End B thread lengths appear only for double-end or relevant custom configurations. Self-clinching products add panel details because installation compatibility depends on the receiving sheet.
MATERIAL AND THREAD
Keep pitch, property class and finish aligned
Specify nominal diameter, coarse or fine pitch, material or property class and finish against the complete assembly requirement. ISO 898-1 may govern mechanical properties for applicable carbon- and alloy-steel studs, but the purchase specification remains the final authority.
INQUIRY COMPLETION
Add matching nuts without rebuilding the RFQ
Stud products can suggest two compatible nuts per stud, while self-clinching studs can offer one compatible nut. Suggestions inherit the nominal diameter for review and remain separate inquiry lines so quantities and specifications stay visible.

Can one inquiry contain different rod and stud sizes?
Yes. Add every size and configuration as a separate line, then provide delivery and buyer details once at the end.
How are drawings handled?
Enter an optional drawing reference in the inquiry and email the drawing after receiving the RFQ number so it can be matched to the correct line.
Can matching nuts be added automatically?
Compatible nuts can be suggested for applicable stud products. Review pitch, material, class and finish before adding them.
