ISO 7089, ISO 7092 and ISO 7093-1 Plain Washers
Plain / Flat Washers are selected by the compatible bolt diameter and washer series. ISO 7089 covers the normal series, ISO 7092 the small series and ISO 7093-1 the large series; the inquiry then displays the applicable inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness guidance for review.

SERIES SELECTION
Choose the bearing area required by the joint
The nominal thread size alone does not identify the washer series. Keep normal, small and large-series requirements as separate inquiry lines so their outside diameter and bearing area remain unambiguous.
Small series · ISO 7092
Reduced outside diameter where assembly space is limited.
Large series · ISO 7093-1
Larger bearing area for the selected nominal size.
DIMENSION LOOKUP
Review the standard dimensions before adding the line
After diameter and series are selected, the form fills the washer inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness from the supported lookup. Use Other / Custom when the required dimensions differ from the standard series or a drawing controls the product.
HARDNESS AND FINISH
Specify compatibility with the mating fastener
Select 140 HV, 200 HV, 300 HV or Other / Custom as applicable to the joint specification. Finish choices depend on material and must be reviewed with the bolt or nut finish and the required surface-treatment documentation.
ASSEMBLY COMPLETION
Add compatible threaded products as separate lines
The inquiry can suggest compatible bolts, nuts or threaded products based on the selected diameter. Suggestions remain optional and should be checked against the full joint and applicable specification.

What is the difference between the three washer series?
The series determine the washer proportions, including outside diameter and thickness, for a nominal size. Select the series required by the joint specification rather than substituting one by appearance.
Can a non-standard washer be requested?
Yes. Use Other / Custom for the series or size and record the required dimensions or drawing reference in the inquiry.
Are Plain Washers ordered in Pieces or Kg?
The approved website inquiry uses Pieces for washer products.
