Bhartee Industries supplies washer and retaining-component families for load distribution, locking, spacing and axial retention. Standard-driven products populate their defined dimensions from the selected size, while machined and application-specific parts keep the required custom fields inside the same multi-item inquiry.

Plain washers distribute bearing load, locking profiles address joint retention, circlips locate components axially, and pins retain or locate assembled parts. Start with the function and governing standard rather than entering dimensions already defined by that selection.

Show buyers the dimensions the standard defines
For standard washer and circlip products, selecting the series and nominal size fills the applicable dimensional guidance. Other / Custom remains available when a drawing, non-standard groove or project specification governs the requirement.
Circlip installation
Use shaft, bore or E-type configuration so the correct groove fields are shown.
Custom components
Machined washers, hillside washers and special applications retain their own required dimensional fields.
MATERIAL AND FINISH
Match hardness and finish to the assembly
Washer hardness, spring material and finish must be compatible with the mating fastener, clamped material and service environment. Circlip material and finish selections are kept separate from washer hardness options so dissimilar products cannot be merged accidentally.
PROCUREMENT WORKFLOW
One inquiry for mixed washer and retaining lines
Add multiple products and sizes, review every line, then provide delivery and buyer details once at the end. Exact duplicates merge by quantity; any different standard, size, material, finish or configuration remains a separate RFQ line.

Frequently asked questions
Are standard washer dimensions entered manually?
For supported standard series, the inquiry populates the defined inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness from the selected size. Other / Custom is available when a drawing governs.
Are circlip groove dimensions included?
The supported DIN lookup provides groove guidance for the selected shaft, bore or E-type size. The governing current standard and assembly drawing remain the final authority.
Can different washer types be combined in one RFQ?
Yes. Add each product and size as a separate line, then provide delivery and buyer details once after reviewing the complete inquiry.
